A big congratulations to our latest team member Esther. Esther won the Torres Quevedo grant, which means the Spanish government will subsidise her salary for the next three years!

She has joined our team of research scientists as someone who is passionate about food science and has over 10 years of experience in microbial and animal metabolism has joined our team of research scientists.
